Cancellation & Refund Policies
Every effort has been made to create a fun, safe and educational guided Maine adventure for you.
A 50% deposit will hold your event. All paperwork and the remaining 50% are due by the beginning of the event. Your event will begin when all members of your party have completed paperwork. This can be done in advance so as to provide you with more time on your adventure.
Cancellations with more than 14 days prior to the event will be refunded 100% - minus credit card handling fees.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the event, no shows, of or non-completion of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If an activity is full you may choose to be placed on a waiting list.
These policies reflect the fact that that the vast majority of costs are incurred in preparing for our adventure and cancelled spaces are difficult to fill at the last minute. If for any reason, we cancel an event you will have the choice of a 100% refund or a mutually agreed upon rescheduled event.
